For participants under 18 years of age:
Please ensure all minors (under 18 years of age) who are not accompanied by a parent come to Stone Summit with a waiver that is completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian. If the parent or guardian will not be present, the adult may fax the waiver to Stone Summit. Please note: legal guardians must present proof of guardianship to sign a child’s waiver.Climbing can seem daunting when you’ve never tried it. Taking a class and learning all the safety precautions, figuring out the equipment, finding a belay partner, these seem excessive when you’re not sure that this sport is for you. We have a great solution to encourage you try climbing, the Base Climb and the Novice Climb.
Base Climb
The Base Climb is the best way to experience climbing for the first time. Our staff guides you through every step of the way, providing safety and encouragement, along with suggestions to get you on the right path. All equipment is included in this package. The event is for 1 hour and maxes out at four (4) people. This is an introduction to climbing and includes getting the equipment on properly and setting up the ropes. This is not intended to replace a birthday party or a group event. This is a first come, first serve activity, so if staff is unavailable we won’t be able to accommodate you. Calling ahead is recommended even if it is same day. Also, every participant must have a filled out waiver.Cost: $35.00 for the first four people and $15.00 for each additional person
Novice Climb
The Novice Climb is for people who want to climb for more that 1 hour and/or have more than 4 people in your group. The event will last for two hours and all the equipment will be included. There will be a 1:6 ratio of staff to participants. It is required that you have reservations for this event. Also, every participant must have a filled out waiver.Cost: $25 per participant

We can host any type of group climbing or adventure activities. Please contact us for Scouting groups, Bar Mitzvahs, lock-ins and church groups.If you are coming to Stone Summit for the first time you will need a liability waiver and a government issued photo identification card, which displays your name, date of birth, and picture.
